This delicious recipe is a slight variation of one found over at restrauntathome.com  It’s an amazing recipe that you make from scratch, but it will still only take you about 20 minutes to prepare! To get started, you’ll need:
(1 lb aged fine grated Parmesan cheese
1 16oz tub of Mascarpone cheese)
or substitute 2 15oz bottles Classico Four Cheese Alfredo sauce
1 14oz package of angel hair pasta
¼ cup Romano cheese
Pinch white pepper
1 lb cubed boneless skinless chicken breast

Begin by filling a pot with water, bringing it to a boil, and cooking the pasta.
(In another pot over medium-low heat, add the Mascarpone cheese and let it thin out till it is a loose consistency.  Then slowly add in the fine grated Parmesan cheese while stirring the cheeses together.   If the cheese sauce is too thick, add a touch of milk or water depending on your tastes, but remember that the sauce will thicken a bit as it cools.)
or warm over med. heat your 2 15oz Classico 4 cheese Alfredo sauce.
While making the cheese sauce, you should be cooking the chicken cubes in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat.  Once the chicken is cooked, mix the chicken into the cheese sauce, along with the white pepper.
By now, the pasta should be cooked.  Drain and serve out the pasta.  Ladle the cheese sauce over the pasta, and top it off with the Romano cheese.  The recipe should make enough to serve two or three people.
Enjoy!
