Servings: 10Time: 1 hour 15 minutes Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon vegetable oil ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup diced apples 1 cup milk ½ teaspoon ground cloves Instructions: 1.Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease 9-inch loaf pan lightly. Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt. In another bowl, mix all wet ingredients together till well combined. 2.Stir in milk mixture into flour mixture, fold apples in and transfer into greased pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour till loaf springs back when lightly touch. 3.Remove from oven and cool in pan for 8 minutes. Then remove from pan to wire rack.
