Ingredients:
Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Capsicum, Tomato, Oregano, Basil, Chilli Garlic Sauce
Recipe:
- Apply chilli garlic sauce on both slices.
- Spread capsicum and tomatoes on the slice.
- Sprinkle oregano and basil
- Spread cheese and place 2nd slice over it
- Apply butter on both sides of the sandwich
- Pre-heat non-stick pan on low to medium flame
- Cook both sides of the sandwich until it's golden brown (2-3 minutes on each side)
- Serve it hot.
