Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour ... 1 Cup (250 g)
Granulated Sugar ... 2 Table Spoon
Baking Powder ... 1.5 Tea Spoon
Salt ... Pinch of salt
Milk ... 1 cup (250 ml)
Melted Butter ... 3 Table Spoon
Egg ... 1 large
All Purpose Flour ... 1 Cup (250 g)

Recipe:
- Add all purpose flour, sugar and baking powder into the bowl and mix well.
- Add egg, milk and melted butter in another bowl and mix it.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until there are no lumps.
- Heat the pan, add a small amount of butter and 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Cook each side for 2 - 3 minutes on medium to low heat.
- Repeat the above process until all pancakes are cooked.
- Serve the pancakes with honey, maple syrup or butter
