Ingredients:
1 6 1/2 oz. pkg. Classic Italian Pasta Salad (Reganno, Kraft, Meijer etc.)
1 small red onion (minced)
1 ea small red/yellow/green bell pepper (chopped or minced)
½ cup black olives (coarse chopped)
2 or 3 roman tomatoes (coarse chopped)
½ cup mushrooms (coarse chopped)
¼ cup sliced mild yellow pepper rings (cut up)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup Italian dressing
Prepare pasta per instructions on package. Meanwhile, chop ingredients as suggested above.
Drain pasta and place in large salad bowl. Add in chopped ingredients and spice. Mix with Italian dressing and refrigerate at least one hour. Best if refrigerated over night. Flavor improves with time. Enjoy.
Before you serve you can add a topping of grated parmesan and romano. Refrigerate if there are any leftovers.
