Servings: 15Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 4 cups crisp rice cereal 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 bag mini marshmallow 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa Instructions 1.Grease 8-inch square pan. Line base and sides with parchment paper. 2.Combine in a large saucepan cocoa, butter and marshmallow. Cook over medium heat, stir occasionally till melted. Then stir in cereal. 3.Press rice mixture into pan and drizzle with melted chocolate. Allow to cool at room temperature and cut into 15 bars.
