Servings: 2Time: 25 minutes Ingredients: 4 medium plums, stoned and halved 1 cinnamon stick 1 cup Shiraz ½ star anise 2 cloves Vanilla ice-cream to serve ¼ cup 80g brown sugar, lightly packed Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 160°C. Arrange plums in a single layer ovenproof dish. Pour in the spices. Pour in a bowl of sugar and red wine, stir till sugar dissolves. 2.Pour on the layered plums. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven till plums become tender. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
