Steamed Salmon

Yield: 4 servings 
Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cooking Time: 5 minutes 

Ingredients: 
- 4 (6 ounces) salmon fillets 
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder 
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice 
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 

Directions: 
1. Arrange a trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot and pour in ¾ cup of water and lemon juice. 
2. Season the salmon fillets with chili powder, salt, and black pepper evenly. 
3. Place the salmon fillets on top of the trivet in a single layer. 
4. Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position. 
5. Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes. 

6. Select “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release. 
7. Remove the lid and transfer the salmon fillets onto serving plates. 
8. Drizzle with the butter and serve immediately.
