Directions: 1.In a large bowl, add the butter, lemon juice, garlic, feta, oregano, salt, and black pepper and beat until well combined. 2.Arrange the trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add 1 ½ cups of water in the Instant Pot. 3.Place the salmon fillets on top of a trivet in a single layer and top with dressing. Arrange one rosemary sprig and one lemon slice over each fillet. 4.Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position. 5.Select “Steam” and just use the default time of 3 minutes. 6.Select “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release. 7.Remove the lid and serve hot.
