Prepare a pan by greasing it with cooking spray. 2. In a bowl, beat the milk and vanilla pudding mix using a whisk or a hand mixer. 3. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the vanilla pudding and fold it in the whipped cream until combined. Add in the mascarpone and sugar. 4. Arrange the ladyfingers cookies on the bottom and the sides of the pan. Cut the cookies to a length that is suitable to the height of your pan. 5. Drizzle the aligned cookies with 3 tablespoons of the espresso/coffee. 6. Pour half the pie filling over the cookie layer. Cover with the remaining cookies and drizzle them with the remaining espresso/coffee. 7. Pour the remaining pie filling. Refrigerate until the filling is firm (about 3-4 hours). 8.
