Banana Bread Easy recipe for kids

Ingredients:
 2 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1tbsp vinegar + milk to make ½ cup
1 cup mashed bananas
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together. Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Turn oven down to 275 and bake another 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut in 10 slices.
