Feta Green Beans

Yield: 4 servings 
Preparation Time: 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: 5 minutes 

Ingredients: 
- 1 pound fresh green beans 
- 2 tablespoons butter 
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
- 1½ cups water 
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese  
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts  

Directions: 
1. In the pot of the Instant Pot, add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. 
2. Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to the “Seal” position. 
3. Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes. 
4. Select “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release. 
5. Remove the lid and transfer onto a platter. 
6. Serve warm with the topping of feta and walnuts.
