INGREDIENTS:
Bread ... 4 Slices
Eggs ... 2 Medium Size
Milk ... 4 Table Spoon
Sugar ... 3 Table Spoon (Heap Full)
Cooking Oil ... 2 Table Spoon
Vanilla Essence ... 1-2 Drops

RECIPE:
- Add milk, sugar and vanilla essence into eggs and mix it well.
- Place the bread on a preheated pan, flip the bread to golden brown both sides.
- Remove the bread from pan and keep aside for few seconds.
-Add cooking oil to the pan.
- Dip the bread into egg mixture for about 30 seconds and place it into the pan.
- Cook both sides of the bread until it's golden brown.
- Serve it hot with tea or coffee.
