HAMBURGER - SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped up
1/4 lb. spaghetti, cooked  (or one 15 oz. can of spaghetti)
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
(option: add coarse cut mushrooms (2 cups) to the casserole)
Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 can evaporated milk; heat. Do not boil. Fry hamburger and onion until brown. Cook spaghetti until done. In a casserole dish, put a layer of the hamburger mixture, then a layer of cheese, then a layer of spaghetti. Do this until all is used up. Then pour soup and milk mixture over it. Bake in a moderate oven 30 minutes. Do not cook to dry.
