2 litre milk
1 lemon rind
1 cinnamon stick/ powder ( to taste)
Shredded coconut about 1 cup

Cook the rice , boil milk separately with lemon rind , cinnamon and coconut when rice is cooked at it to the milk let thicken turn it off let set, place in containers and pop in fridge
